Yes. All appointments are virtual.

We are an out-of-network practice and do not accept health insurance. We can provide superbills (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have a PPO plan.
Being out of network allows us to offer longer, unrushed sessions, more personalized care, and greater flexibility in your treatment — without the restrictions or limitations that often come with insurance-based care.
Please note that medications and lab work are often covered by insurance even if your visits with us are not, though coverage and costs can vary by plan.
For the most accurate information about your benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health reimbursement, medication coverage, and lab benefits.

Initial Evaluation $590 can last up to 90 minutes. We will spend time getting to know you, your struggles, habits, dreams, relationships and history. At the end we will discuss recommendations which may include medication, lab tests, nutrition, sleep, supplements, movement, meditation and psychotherapy.. I may coordinate your care with your PCP, therapist or family.
50 minute Follow up Appointment $395
We will review your progress, manage side effects, discuss lifestyle strategies and mind body medicine treatments.
30 minute Follow up Appointment $295
This brief visit is to review medication effectiveness and manage side effects. We will review your progress and discuss brief integrative approaches as appropriate.

We specialize in older women, ages 40-64, but we treat women and men ages 16-64.

After the comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, we will discuss the diagnosis and what that means. We will also give you various treatment options including medication, recommended therapy, supplements and lifestyle changes. Medication can be helpful for some conditions but not all. We work with our patients to help them achieve their goals.

After a comprehensive evaluation we will discuss the best medications for your problem. We do prescribe stimulants for ADHD. If we prescribe stimulants we will review our controlled substances policy with you.
We rarely prescribe benzodiazepines. They carry several risks including early dementia, falls, tolerance and addiction. We may prescribe benzodiazepines for short term use like flights or medical procedures. If this is the case we will discuss this in detail with you and review our controlled substances policy.

To protect appointment availability for all clients, we ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Full details are available in our policies.
